The machine is suitable for both standard 1 inch plates or 2 inch olympic plates through the use of the included adaptor.

The Leg Extension Machines are also widely adjustable to ensure that you can workout in a safe and comfortable position. The seat's back pad can be moved forwards and back to your ideal position, and then secured in placed with a large screw pin. The same system is in place for adjusting the height of both the thigh rest and the shin rest.

Strong fittings are included to ensure it remains stable when in use, which is further cemented with the addition of non-slip rubber feet (also included).
